This is one of the best things I have ever eaten - gluten-free or otherwise! It is AWESOME with the cream cheese icing!(I wasn't even a pumpkin fan - until now!) So easy to make!

Every Thanksgiving and every Christmas my mother-in-law makes pumpkin bars with vanilla frosting. I can't eat it and my children can't eat it and we are always sad and envious. Now, we have discovered the Gluten Free Pumpkin cake and I made the pumpkin bars with frosting, and we feel like a little bit of heaven has come our way and blessed us with the best and delicious pumpkin cake! We can't say enough how grateful we are to partake in the holiday goodies and not get sick. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We can't wait to bake the Blueberry Coffeecake.

I'm kind of late on my review but I bought this for last Thanksgiving 2012 because I wanted something my daughter who was diagnosed with Celiac a year ago could enjoy.. Let me tell you EVERYONE enjoyed it! It was the popular dessert!

I have tried many gluten free mixes from different companies, this was the best! I baked it in a muffin pan, very moist and did not have the "bland" taste other mixes have that I have tried. I did not put a topping on it as suggested as I loved the taste of it plain. I happened up on this at the Pharmacy near my home during the holidays, I hope they will stock this again as I will definitely purchase.

Ok, embarassed to say, but I devoured an entire pan of this pumpkin bread in less than 24 hours! I did have a little help, but it was sooo yummy! I just sprinkled some powdered sugar on top and it was perfect! This is the best gf cake I've ever had. I"m so glad I found you at the Gluten Free expo last weekend!!! thank you & keep up the great work!!
